DMCA Notice

CryptoFix Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.
How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content available on or through our website infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA notice that includes the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (address, phone number, and email).
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or description of where the alleged infringing material is located on the website.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.

Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include:
- Your contact information and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the court in your region.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your signature.
We reserve the right to remove content that is the subject of a DMCA notice and to terminate repeat infringers.
